* Familiarity with Rentalworks software is a major plus * Previous experience in pro film equipment rentals, customer service, or related field * Build and form new relationships with potential clients * Develop and execute innovative outreach strategies * Help prep equipment and work with team members when there is rental overflow * Report on team and individual performance * Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting * Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement * Establish prospecting, quotas, and sales goals for the team

You will be responsible for overseeing and developing our rental operations to drive company revenue. * Experience in rental house - ideally as a manager * Able to communicate well, as well as act in accord to the betterment of the company. * Maintain a professional and positive attitude (especially under pressure). * Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task. * Comprehensive knowledge on video gear (Camera, Lighting, Video Village, Accessories, etc.) * Learn from mistakes, and apply the lessons going forward. * Able to take initiative to go the extra mile to solve problems.
